What we do

Low-level driver and protocol work

When off-the-shelf readers don't match your hardware or use case, we can implement custom drivers and daemons. We have shipped a TTY/serial-based UHF RFID daemon (C++20, JSON protocol, drop-in compatible with existing NFC tooling) to bridge UHF readers into a unified tag-reading stack.

If you are picking chips or modules for a new product, we can advise on what to use and what to avoid — antenna design, protocol support, power budgets, and firmware pitfalls included.

Custom analysis tooling

We maintain a custom tooling for reading, writing, and analysing NFC/RFID tag content. It handles:

  • Tag import/export across common formats (Proxmark3, Flipper Zero, Chameleon Ultra)
  • NDEF packing/unpacking and block-level inspection
  • Pattern identification, XOR analysis, and visual annotation
  • Hardware reader integration via daemon processes or direct serial protocols

High-level system design

We design and review application-layer architectures around RFID/NFC: tag data models, authentication flows, offline/online validation strategies, and integration with back-end systems. If you are building access control, product authentication, or supply-chain tracking, we can help you get the design right before you commit to hardware.

Validation and security auditing

We have the lab equipment to test real-world implementations:

  • RFID/NFC analysis and emulation (Proxmark-class sniffers, Chameleon-class emulators)
  • Wired access-control bus testing (Wiegand sniffers and injectors)
  • UHF serial readers for long-range / industrial RFID
  • Standard NFC readers (ACR122U, PN532-based modules)

We can verify both the hardware behavior (range, coupling, error handling) and the content security (data structures, authentication logic, replay resistance) of existing or planned systems.
